Vihotar Group of India, managed by Vihotar Charitable Trust, follows a clear cancellation policy for registrations, events, programs, and related activities.

Any request for cancellation of registration, participation, or booking must be submitted through the official communication channel of Vihotar Group of India.

Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are received before the applicable deadline mentioned for the relevant event, program, or activity. Timelines may vary depending on the nature of the registration.

Once a registration is confirmed, processed, or used, it may not be cancelled. Donations, charitable contributions, and special registrations are generally non-cancellable.

If Vihotar Group of India cancels, postpones, or reschedules any event or activity due to unavoidable circumstances, administrative or operational decisions taken by the organization shall be final.

If a participant fails to attend or use the registered service without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a no-show.

All cancellation-related decisions shall remain at the sole discretion of Vihotar Group of India / Vihotar Charitable Trust, and the organization reserves the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
